New Hawk Design Build was founded by the Husband and Wife team, Jeremy Newman and Whitney Hawkins. Jeremy comes from a military family and lived all over the world, but he made East Tennessee his home over 10 years ago, and you can always find him out on one of the many lakes surrounding the area. Whitney is a Knoxville native who bleeds Vol orange and grew up gardening with her Grandmother. Together they share 3 beautiful children, Abby, Payne and Paxten, as well as what some might refer to as a mini zoo, which includes a 15 year old quarter horse! Their favorite family pastime is watching the Vols while living the Vol Navy Lake Life, and when they’re not hanging out on the water, you can find them camping, hiking or just enjoying the great outdoors! 

 

When it came time to settle on a city to call home, Lenoir City, with its small town community roots and proximity to so many stunning bodies of water, easily won Jeremy and Whitney over. It was here that they began the task of developing their dream home and property. Little did they know that this journey would lead them on the path to create New Hawk Design Build! 

 

As they started to develop plans for their outdoor landscaping, they found themselves having a really difficult time getting in touch with local landscape and design companies. After several months of phone calls going unanswered and emails going unread, they decided to get the job done themselves. They combined their passion for their community, their love of the outdoors, and their innate entrepreneurial spirit to found New Hawk Design Build. Their commitment to provide quality landscape design and execution, partnered with exceptional customer service and consistent, effective communication is at the core of everything New Hawk Design Build stands for, and it is this commitment that makes them SOAR above the rest!
